From Rodney go South on CR - L12 for 2.9 miles; Turn left (East) on CR - E16 and go 0.7 miles. Turn left and drive Sioux Ditch NE and Field Road 1.5 miles. Continue North approximately 1 mile and you can come out by the Gravel Pit and Bridge near Peter's Park at Rodney or reverse and go back to the Land.

AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The sale price will be determined by taking the total Taxable Acres times the final price bid. 10% down payment on auction day with a Closing occurring on or before December 31, 2010. Date to be determined by Sellers in accordance with the specific terms of the Agreement to Purchase. Your bidding is not conditional upon financing, so be sure you have arranged financing, if needed and are capable of paying cash at closing. Possession shall be given at closing, subject to the remaining rights of the current tenant(s) for crop year 2010.
